Role Summary

We are seeking a visionary Head of Strategy to define the gold standard of great strategy at Noble People. This leader will ensure that strategy is not just a deliverable, but a driving force that unlocks business growth, innovation, and transformational results for our clients. The Head of Strategy will architect a strategic platform that provides the tools, templates, and frameworks Product Leads need to build and deliver world-class strategic recommendations themselves, rather than creating a siloed strategy team. This role requires a deep understanding of the data and insights that provide the most valuable "unlocks" for growth, and the ability to guide data and insights teams toward surfacing the most critical findings to fuel innovative, go-to-market solutions. The Head of Strategy will also define the core tenets of strategy, ensuring that every recommendation is rooted in bold, creative thinking, data-driven insights, and business impact.

  • Deep expertise in market analysis, audience segmentation, and consumer insights.
  • Experience integrating AI and technology-driven solutions to optimize strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to define messaging and positioning across the consumer journey.

Leadership & Development

  • Lead and oversee Noble People’s Strategy discipline, ensuring strategic excellence, innovation, and business impact.
  • Develop and implement a scalable strategy platform, equipping Product Leads with the tools, templates, and frameworks needed to deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Train and mentor Product Leads, coaching them into acting as Strategy Leads, while also developing dedicated strategists to support them.
  • Establish clear strategy discipline benchmarks, ensuring a structured yet flexible approach to strategic planning and execution.
  • Create training programs, guidelines, and best practices for developing strategists and Product Leads, embedding strategic excellence across teams.
  • Represent the agency as a high-impact contributor in new business pitches and strategic presentations.
  • Provide strategic oversight and feedback to Noble People’s Audience practice, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.

Strategic Excellence & Innovation

  • Define and uphold the gold standard of strategic thinking at Noble People, ensuring all work is rooted in bold creativity, data-driven insights, and tangible business outcomes.
  • Drive AI integration within strategy, advancing a “platform” organizational structure that enhances efficiency and innovation.
  • Select and manage key data partners, research tools, and technology solutions in collaboration with fellow discipline leads.
  • Maintain and evolve Noble People’s Strategy POV, publishing thought leadership that reflects emerging trends, consumer behavior shifts, and media innovation.
  • Guide data and insights teams to surface the most valuable findings that drive business growth, ensuring insights translate into actionable, transformative strategies.
  • Lead and facilitate ideation sessions, aligning cross-functional teams on strategies that shape media, creative, and go-to-market approaches.

Client & Business Leadership

  • Lead bold, strategic discussions with clients, providing both creative and data-based rationale for your recommendations.
  • For new clients, own client onboarding – Lead and structure the onboarding process to set up new client relationships for long-term success.

2. Team Leader, Securing Noble People as Indispensable Strategic Partner

  • Lead internal teams with the client ambition and intelligence to develop strategies that position Noble People’s products as valuable and indispensable to clients, making them easier to rationalize and champion to CEOs and CFOs.
  • Act as a translator between client needs and execution – responsible for translating client goals and feedback into clear, actionable steps for internal teams.
  • Build successful cross-functional relationships with Product (strategy, media, activation, etc) and Business Development teams to ensure alignment and synergy in delivering client success.
  • Build successful relationships with creative agency partners and internal teams - collaborating closely to align media strategy with creative vision and develop strong partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to contribute to pitches and new business opportunities.

3. Strategic toward Commercial Growth

  • Set annual goals for each account, including revenue goals, relationship goals and work goals - and build and manage quarterly action plans toward successfully achieving these.
  • Approach every client engagement with a commercially hungry and competitive mindset, setting high organic growth goals and identifying opportunities for incremental revenue.
  • Focus on proving that Noble People’s solutions drive tangible business results, helping win competitive pitches, expand service offerings, and sell in additional capabilities.
  • Proactively spot opportunities to expand scopes of work, upsell agency capabilities, and drive revenue growth through innovative solutions.
  • Build staff plans and fee proposals that incorporate input from Product to maintain the quality, and Operations to maximize profitability.

The Head of Planning at Noble People will be the architect of our planning discipline, leading a team that pushes boundaries in media strategy and execution. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and refining planning capabilities across the agency, ensuring our media strategies are creative, data-driven, and effective.   • Lead Noble People’s Planning discipline, ensuring strategic excellence and innovation.

Overview:

The SEM Supervisor will lead a team of planners and coordinators to execute, manage, and optimize search engine marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms. This role requires a focus on maximizing client ROI while fostering innovative approaches in search strategies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external creative agencies, and clients, serving as a point of expertise on SEM best practices and optimization tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEM strategies, including keyword research, campaign structuring, and targeting, to meet client objectives.
  • Oversee the daily account management of paid search campaigns, ensuring alignment with client budget caps, quality scores, and impression share metrics.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Handle the QA processes, write offs process, and work with partners.
  • Collaborate with both AdOps and analytics teams to ensure proper campaign measurement against key KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing regular campaign updates and performance insights.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client business objectives to tailor SEM strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct client presentations, communicating strategic recommendations and optimization insights.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor planners and coordinators, ensuring quality control and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in SEM, with a focus on Google Ads and Bing Ads
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume campaigns with an emphasis on tactical planning.
  • Google Ads Certification (up to date and current).
  • Proficiency in developing CPA and SOV bidding strategies within platform.
  • Proficiency in Excel, utilizing basic formulas such as SUM, SUMIF, VLOOKUP.
  • Competence in SEM tools such as Google Editor, SA360, DV360
  • Proven experience onboarding audiences, setting up exclusions and suppressions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey strategic ideas and performance results to clients and internal teams.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of SEM professionals.
