Our mission is to unlock people’s professional potential with inspired thinking that transforms companies. At the end of the day, it's the experience, grit, creativity and smarts of our people that make the difference between normal and extraordinary.
We are an ambitious and resilient bunch. It's essential for a growing business, especially one that was built to question the dubious reflexes that permeate media and marketing.
This drives us to succeed in the face of the challenges, obstacles, and changing fortunes of the marketing universe. We strive for growth and improvement, both professionally and personally.
We try new things. An experimental spirit helps us be efficient and impactful. Grow brand and capture demand. It drives our clients business forward, our own business forward, and the careers of our staff and clients who choose us, forward too.
We seek out opportunities to collaborate with people who are different from ourselves. People from long backgrounds in media agencies, creative agencies, media platforms and publishers.
We talk straight. We fearlessly share our thoughts and opinions. It's how we identify challenges and find truth and solutions. Because the outcome of well-intentioned, difficult conversations are always worth what they cost.
Greg spent many years at Wieden+Kennedy as the director of media strategy and digital activation working on Nike, ESPN, Delta and ABC. He's also into watches, pinball, NFTs and sports. If you've ever met him, you’d remember.
Lindsay made a career at Fallon and Wieden+Kennedy, managing chaotic entertainment brands, unruly ad execs, and ever-changing deadlines. Lindsay knows how to get things done, yet somehow remains friends with everybody.
Todd is a much-awarded strategist from Australia. He landed in the US at CP+B in Boulder CO, before trading mountains for skyscrapers. Todd likes to make complicated things simple.
Tom brings extensive experience in sales and marketing in entertainment, technology, and this gig as an agency guy. Tom definitely knows more people than you.
Olivia cut her teeth at Wieden+Kennedy, meeting the high demands of entertainment marketing and mastering the art of figuring things out. She has an eye for media opportunities, an ear for client feedback, and another ear for Rüfüs Du Sol.
Barry is a walking cocktail of skillsets, having served at Grey, The Media Kitchen and the last seven years at Noble People. He's as good with clients, teams and best man speeches, as he is with spreadsheets. It's all about growth for Barry. Just ask his children.
Matt brings the competitiveness and drive of a soccer coach to the world of marketing. Since cooking up strategies at The Media Kitchen, Matt has been core to the growth of Noble People's accounts, teams, and made-up in-office ball games.
Our agency seeks to make work that impacts culture and helps our clients leave a distinguishable mark. That’s why we seek to build a diverse team of brilliant thinkers. Diversity is the key to create a culture where ideas flow, where people are constantly learning from each other, and where creative magic happens.
We welcome loud voices. Big thinkers. Opinions with conviction — even when they go up against our own. And overall, we welcome people who are looking to carve a different path, who are passionate about doing great work with great people.
